One super simple way to kickstart your gratitude practice is by taking a moment every morning and night to count your blessings. Just spend a few minutes when you wake up and before you go to bed to appreciate all the good things in your life. Trust me, it won't take long before you start noticing blessings left and right. Here are some tips to help you get started on this amazing journey.

So, don't stress yourself out by trying to think of amazing examples of gratitude right from the start.
